Water session review
Stroke timing · steering · conditions
Rowing programs collect information across spreadsheets, PM5 screens, GPS tracks, group chats, lineup sheets, attendance lists, seat-race notes, and video clips.
TriRho brings those pieces into the same coaching workflow. It shows the result beside the session, lineup, conditions, and athlete history that give it meaning.
TriRho turns rowing data into the next coaching decision.
ONE COACHING WORKFLOW
The plan, the lineup, and the result should stay together.
Coaches should not have to move between a calendar, spreadsheet, group chat, photo album, and five different performance reports just to understand one practice.
TriRho keeps each session connected from the original training plan through attendance, boat assignments, submitted results, on-water files, coach review, and athlete feedback.
PERFORMANCE
Follow the work without losing the rowing context.
TriRho organizes confirmed erg and water results into readable performance histories. Coaches can filter by athlete, test distance, workout type, training zone, team, and date range.

TRAINING AND LINEUPS
Build the workout and the boats in the same place.
Create the training plan first, then attach the athletes and boats that will complete it. Saved lineup presets make routine days faster, while coaches can still adjust individual seats before publishing.

ON THE WATER
Keep the courses, conditions, lineups, and results together.
Coxswains can attach supported CoxBox or SpeedCoach-style files and GPX tracks to the correct boat session. Coaches can then review the actual route, speed, steering, conditions, lineup, and coxswain survey beside the original plan.
Show the rower what you mean.
Film gives coaches and coxswains a simple way to send a short technique video or photograph to one specific rower.
Short and focused technique tips right at the rowers fingertips.

TAYLORED TO EACH ROLE
Each person sees what they need to do their part.
Coaches
Plan training, manage availability, build boats, review confirmed results, compare athletes, organize seat races, study water sessions, and give individual feedback.
Rowers
See assigned training, submit supported results, request an absence, review personal progress, and respond to Film assigned specifically to them.
Coxswains
See assigned sessions, confirm attendance, submit supported water files and course tracks, complete post-row surveys, and contribute Film observations for individual rowers.
PRIVACY AND ACCESS
A team workspace should remain a team workspace.
TriRho separates each program’s information and limits access according to the person’s role. Coaches, rowers, coxswains, and platform administrators do not receive the same view or permissions.
LIMITED PILOT PROGRAM
TriRho is preparing a limited pilot for rowing programs that want to test the complete weekly workflow: planning, attendance, lineups, results, water review, seat races, and athlete feedback.
